Ingredienser
Slider:
90g cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
100g cooked brown rice
80g Sunsweet prunes, chopped
40g walnuts, coarsely chopped
40g cashews
40g almonds, slivered
50g panko breadcrumbs
1/2 red onion, chopped
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1 egg
Olive oil
Mini burger buns & lettuce leaves
1 red onion, quartered and thinly sliced, to top
Prune Ketchup (optional):
100g ketchup
60ml Sunsweet Prune Juice
6 Sunsweet prunes
Fremgangsmåte
- Place rice, prunes, beans, nuts, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic salt and egg in a food processor. Pulse on and off until all ingredients are finely chopped, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape into 1 1/2″ patties and brush both sides with oil.
- Cook in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
- Prune Ketchup (optional): Purée ketchup, juice and prunes in a small blender or food processor until smooth.
- Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, onion and Prune Ketchup or ketchup.
