Ingredients
100 g rolled oats
125 ml lukewarm milk
70 g butter
6 small to medium-sized apples e.g. Jazz
150 g Sunsweet prunes
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp nuts e.g. almonds or hazelnuts
1 egg (medium)
Also:
1 12-hole muffin baking tray
Instructions
- Pour warm milk over the oats. Grease the holes of the muffin baking tray well with 1/3 of the butter.
- Halve the apples, remove the cores with a teaspoon. Then hollow out the apple halves a little and place them in the holes. Dice the scooped-out apple and prunes and carefully mix together with the sugar, nuts, egg and oats. Spread the mixture over the apple halves, cover with remaining butter in flakes and bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/fan: 175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
