A substantial salad is the perfect mid-week meal solution when you’re looking for something tasty, healthy and quick. Ours combines chicken, cabbage, carrots, spring onions and Sunsweet prunes.
Dressing:
3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp dry ginger
Salad:
500g boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
150g greens, shredded
150g cabbage, shredded
150g carrots, shredded
100g Sunsweet prunes
3 green onions, sliced
50g crispy won ton strips
