Chocolate Prune Tart with Walnut Cookie Crust

The layered filling—Diced Prunes topped with a chocolate cream—gives this tart a simple but sophisticated appearance. Balancing the creamy filling is a nutty, shortbread-like pastry crust, a classic pairing with prunes.
