4 Pitted Dates
2 Bananas
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
I cup Oatmilk / Almond Milk or Rice MIlk
I tablespoon coconut

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
  2. Garnish with nuts or mint
