Curried Prune Dip

Prunes and curry are a fantastic combination! This dip made with cream cheese tastes good at any time of day and can be served with vegetable sticks or on bread.

Ingredients

100 g Sunsweet prunes
150 g sour cream
200 g double cream cheese
2 tsp mild curry powder
salt
pepper
2 carrots
3 celery sticks
1 red bell pepper
1 mini cucumber
A good pinch of chili flakes
1/2 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the prunes and mix with the sour cream, cream cheese, and curry powder in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Clean and peel the carrots. Clean and wash the celery sticks and the red pepper. Cut the vegetables into sticks. Transfer the dip to a bowl and sprinkle with chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Serve with the vegetable sticks.
