Curried Prune Dip
Prunes and curry are a fantastic combination! This dip made with cream cheese tastes good at any time of day and can be served with vegetable sticks or on bread.

Ingredients
100 g Sunsweet prunes
150 g sour cream
200 g double cream cheese
2 tsp mild curry powder
salt
pepper
2 carrots
3 celery sticks
1 red bell pepper
1 mini cucumber
A good pinch of chili flakes
1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Finely chop the prunes and mix with the sour cream, cream cheese, and curry powder in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Clean and peel the carrots. Clean and wash the celery sticks and the red pepper. Cut the vegetables into sticks. Transfer the dip to a bowl and sprinkle with chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Serve with the vegetable sticks.
