Spicy Cranberry Prune Mocktail

Fizzy, fruity and fancy: this alcohol-free cocktail is mixed in the blink of an eye, and its combination of fiery ginger, aromatic prunes and tart cranberry juice will thrill your guests.

Ingredients

Units Scale

100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
200250 g crushed ice
200 ml Sunsweet prune juice
200 ml cranberry juice
48 teaspoons lime juice
200300 ml ginger beer
(alternatively: mix ginger ale either with 1-2 tablespoons of ginger juice or 1 tablespoon grated ginger)
For the garnish:
1 piece (approx. 3-4 cm) ginger root
In addition:
4 long drink glasses
4 long thick straws

Instructions

  1. Divide the raspberries and crushed ice into 4 portions and put in long drink glasses. Mix the prune juice, cranberry and lime juice, and pour into the glasses. Top up with ginger beer. Put straws in the glasses. If desired, wash the ginger, cut into 4-8 thin diagonal slices and add as decoration. Serve immediately.

Cocktail variation: add 20-40 ml gin.
