Looking for a meat free dinner, this codfish is just the answer – simple and quick to make for a nutritious dinner
1 big leek
600 g codfish fillet
Salt, pepper
Skewers
2 tablespoons oil
200 ml fish stock
200 ml milk / cream mix
4 tablespoons seeded mustard
1/2 bundle dill
125 g Sunsweet prunes
2 slices bacon (each approx. 10 g)
Fresh dill for garnishing
Serve with rice.
