limone.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Far riposare per almeno 30 minuti l&#8217;impasto coperto da pellicola per alimenti in frigorifero prima di utilizzarlo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Per la gel&#8217;egrave; di prugne al vino rosso speziato<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti (ad eccezione dell&#8217;rsquo;agar agar) in una casseruola e portare ad ebollizione.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Lasciare macerare il tutto per una giornata.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Frullare il tutto.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">A questo punto unire l&#8217;agar e portare a bollore.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Versare il composto in un quadro da pasticcere da 20x20cm.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-9\">Riporre in freezer sino a che il composto non si sar&#8217;agrave; addensato.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Per il frangipane alle prugne e cannella<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">Montate il burro, ammorbidito nel microonde per pochi secondi e lo zucchero a velo.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-11\">Unite le uova poco per volta, il succo di prugne e incorporate la farina di mandorle e la farina.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-12\">Impastate fino ad avere un composto omogeneo profumando con la cannella in polvere.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Per la crema pasticcera al cioccolato:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-13\">In una casseruola a fuoco basso portate a bollore il latte con la panna, dopo avergli disperso dentro l&#8217;agar agar.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-14\">Nel frattempo montate in planetaria con la frusta i tuorli con lo zucchero e l&#8217;amido.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-15\">Unire il cacao e versare sopra la miscela di latte e panna ormai calda.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-16\">Riportare il tutto sul fuoco e cuocere fino ad addensamento.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-17\">Una volta cotta togliere dal fuoco e unire il burro e il cioccolato fondente sino a che non si saranno sciolti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Per la gel&#8217;egrave; di lampone:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-18\">Unite l&#8217;agar agar alla purea di lamponi e portare a bollore unendo il resto degli ingredienti.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-19\">Versare il composto sopra alla gel&#8217;egrave; di prugne al vino rosso che si sar&#8217;agrave; nel mentre raffreddata.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-20\">Riporre in freezer sino a che il composto non si sar&#8217;agrave; addensato<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-21\">Procedete alternando 4 strati, 2 di gel&#8217;egrave; di prugne al vino rosso speziato e 2 di gel&#8217;egrave; di lampone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Per la spugna viola:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-22\">Miscelare in planetaria la farina di mandorle con lo zucchero, la farina di frumento e il colore viola.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-23\">Unire i tuorli e gli albumi quindi montare.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-24\">Una volta montato il composto unire l&#8217;olio di riso.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-25\">Mettere il composto negli stampini di silicone (o in semplici bicchieri di plastica) ed infornare per 30 secondi a massima temperatura al microonde.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-26\">Terminata la cottura capovolgere sottosopra e far raffreddare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Per il montaggio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-27\">Con la frolla rivestite uno stampo da crostata da 20x20cm.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-28\">Versate il frangipane fino a met&#8217;agrave; (se volete ottenere uno strato perfettamente uniforme, usate il sac-a-poche) cospargendo la superficie con i 250g di prugne denocciolate Sunsweet tagliate a pezzetti.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-29\">Cuocete in forno a 180\u00b0C; per 25 minuti.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-30\">Terminata la cottura rimuovere dallo stampo e lasciar raffreddare.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-31\">Una volta che la torta sar&#8217;agrave; fredda ricoprire con uno strato di crema al cioccolato di circa un centimetro e decorare con le gel&#8217;eacute;e di lamponi e di prugne al vino rosso speziato tagliate a fettine lasciando un centimetro circa lungo tutto il bordo su cui poi andagiare la spugna viola.
