Mescolare insieme lo yogurt, la curcuma, il peperoncino in polvere e il succo di limone. <\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Infilare &frac14; dei pezzettoni di pollo su ogni spiedo, appoggiarli su un piatto grande e coprirli con la marinatura. Lasciare da parte, mentre si prepara il riso.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">In una padella grande col fondo rinforzato, far fondere il burro a fiamma bassa, aggiungere la cipolla, mescolare bene, e lasciar ammorbidire per circa 5 minuti. Aggiungere il coriandolo macinato , e i semi di cumino. Mescolare bene per non fare attaccare. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Aggiungere il riso, mescolare bene con le cipolle e lasciar tostare per mezzo minuto, prima di versarvi il brodo. <\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Mescolando, portare a ebollizione, poi abbassare la fiamma e coprire con un coperchio che sigilli bene (oppure mettere una pellicola sopra la pentola e bloccarla con il coperchio, ottenendo cos&igrave; una chiusura della massima aderenza). <\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Lasciar cuocere sulla fiamma peril tempo indicato sulla confezione di riso, controllare se serve altro brodo. Se s&igrave;, aggiungere dell&rsquo;acqua e lasciarla assorbire per altri 5 minuti, a coperchio chiuso. <\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Mentre il riso cuoce, portare il grill a temperatura alta e porvi gli spiedini, lasciando sgocciolare l&rsquo;eccesso di marinatura. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Girare gli spiedini ogni 2 minuti circa, in modo che ogni lato dei cubettoni sia cotto bene allo stesso modo. Una volta cotti, mettere gli spiedini da parte.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-9\">Scoperchiare la pentola del riso e smuovere rapidamente il riso con una forchetta per dargli volume. <\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-10\">Attendere l&rsquo;uscita del vapore. Aggiungere le prugne, i pistacchi e le erbe fresche e mescolare bene il tutto. <\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-11\">Trasferire il riso in una zuppiera o su un grande piatto da portata e disporvi sopra gli spiedini.
