4 oz unsweetened plant milk

2 Tbsp uncooked rolled oats

1/2 banana

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp peanut butter (or your favourite nut butter)

1 cup spinach

5 ice cubes

Procedimento

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until well combined, about 1 minute.
