4 sheets of gelatine
500 ml milk
60 g + 2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp grated zest of 1-2 organic oranges
salt
80 g soft wheat semolina
2 eggs (medium)
200 g double/whipping cream
200 g Sunsweet prunes
250 ml cranberry nectar
1 heaped tsp cornflour
50 g pecan kernels
finely chopped pistachios for decoration
