A great wake-up or pre-workout drink, this Power Smoothie will give you just the energy you need!
40g baby spinach
150g cucumber
50g Sunsweet prunes
1 hazelnut-sized piece of ginger
1 tbsp soluble oats
350ml apple juice
Juice of half a lemon
200ml still mineral water
1 tbsp maple syrup
To Serve: Thread thin cucumber slices and one prune onto a skewer and serve it with the smoothies.
Tip: You could use pear or quince juice instead of apple juice.
