2 tbsp. wasabi from a tube (Asian supermarket)
3 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. lime juice

20 g sesame seeds
1 small cucumber
2 carrots
200 g smoked salmon, (in one piece)
8 nori sheets
Salt & pepper
